It appears, I left off information on the summer kick off and two classes were just added into the May schedule.  Information below.  Thanks!

Summer Kick Off:  Summer is just around the corner!  Bring the kids and come celebrate!  A special exhibit from Tiny Tails to You will be set up in the ballroom.  Around the perimeter of the room, there will be activity stations for all age groups offering hands-on introductions to their classes.  Participating exhibitors will include Mad Science, Coding with Kids, Learning Fun 101, Young Rembrandts, Round Rock Fencing and many others.  Also available will be a complimentary hot dog lunch in the courtyard, face-painting and snow cones from Ice Cream 2U!  Everyone is welcomed.  There is no entrance fee for this event so come by for some summer fun!  No pets, please. TAI CHI EASY:  Learning Tai Chi is a developmental process. The better your Tai Chi, the more you benefit.  This simple approach to Tai Chi will have you learn by doing.  Most people can practice Tai Chi arts in spite of handicaps or ailments.  Numerous illnesses have shown improvement with regular practices of Tai Chi exercises.  Developing balance and coordination are part of the learning process and repetition of the moves help develop memory pathways. In addition, these exercises will reduce stress and enhance immune system health.  Instructor:  Gayl Hubatch OMD, LAc - licensed acupuncturist and owner of Blue Heron Center in Lakeway  You will be inspired and amazed by the difference you will feel after completing this class.  This class is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays This class is held on Thursdays at the basketball court City Park.  Rainy days will be at the Pavilion.

Tuesday classes are May 1-29 (5 sessions) $75 members / $85 Non-members

Thursday Classes are May 3-24, (4 sessions) $60 member / $70 Non-members

Tuesday & Thursdays classes May 1-29 (9 sessions) $120 Member / $140 Non-members

 

PAIN & STRESS RELIEF WITH QIGONG:  QiGong means "cultivation of life force energy" Qigong (Chi Kung) is a moving meditation that helps move a person out of the "flight or fight" zone and into relaxation of body and mind.  Learn how to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system to decrease stress and increase happiness!
