Open house directional signs may only be displayed only on Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Signs shall be located no closer than 10 feet from the hard surface of the street and shall not be located in Medians. Signs may only be located at the street intersection of a directional change along the route to the open house. Intermediate signs are not permitted. If your home was built and occupied after April 18, 2011, a tree removal permit may be required depending on the size and type of tree. Refer to the Lakeway Code of Ordinances Section 24.02.405. In the fall, winter and spring, lap swimming is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00 am - 7:30 am and 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
During the fall, winter, and spring season the lap pool is heated to 82 degrees and the leisure pool is closed.
