The hours shown on the Facility Use Agreement will cover the entire time for the lessee to decorate, setup, conduct the activity and clean up after use. The facilities must be vacated promptly at the conclusion on the time specified on the agreement. Occupancy prior to the scheduled time will incur a $25 administrative fee and additional fees for the time used prior to the scheduled event. If the event extends beyond the time specified it will result in overtime charges at double the hourly rate.
The use of the facilities is on a first-come, first-served basis and may be booked up to one year in advance. All reservations must be made at least 10 business days prior to rental date or otherwise be assessed a $25 processing fee (for all categories).
The booking of an event at the Activity Center is considered confirmed when an Activity Center contract has been executed and the deposit paid by cash, check, or credit card. A booking is considered temporary until it is confirmed.
The Activity Center will hold a temporary booking for 10 days.
