This Saturday will be a great day for outdoor exercise and community service! Dead wood and brush is cut and ready to be picked up and hauled out of the greenbelt on heavy-duty cloth tarps. Slopes are steep, so be ready for a workout! Choose from two shifts, one in the morning at 10 a.m. and one in the afternoon at 1 p.m. Bottled water and snacks will be provided. Wear long pants, sturdy shoes and clothing appropriate to the weather. Work gloves and safety glasses will be available for those who can’t bring their own.
To reach the meeting site, drive to the north end of Squires Drive just past 132 Squires. Park at the end of the cul-de-sac or on the street, being careful not to block the trail entrance. Hope to see you there!
