Efforts to mitigate the risk of wildfires in our town can succeed only if the community is convinced that there is a real danger to properties and is willing to take proactive measures to address those risks. Neighborhood volunteers are needed to help spread the word. Hence, the evolving Wildfire Committee is seeking the active participation of residents in the Wildfire Readiness program. This is an excellent opportunity for you to get involved in efforts to help ensure the safety of your own property and of the town in general.
